Douglas College Ups Sherbrooke, 3-1!
The Douglas College Royals (#2) and the Volontaires Sherbrooke (#7) ended the night with a great match. The Royals however were able to put the Volontaires away by a score of 3 – 1.

#6 ‘Cats Crunch #3 Cougars, 3-2!

The Mount Royal Cougars (#3) and the host CBC Bearcats (#6) kicked off the evening games in an all-West Canada showdown. The packed crowd was on fire and so were the players in this intense match-up. In the end, the Bearcats prevailed 3 – 2 and advanced to the semis.

Game 5

#4 Griffons defeats #8 Tommies, 3-0!

  The Griffons Outaouais (#4) and the St. Thomas Tommies (#8) began day two of the tournament in the consolation round. Both teams proved that they deserved to stay in this tournament, but it was Outaouais that came up strong in this match-up and won the series three sets to none.

Game 6

Cougars edge out Volontaires, 3-1!

The Mount Royal College Cougars (#3) and the Volontaires Sherbrooke (#7) played in what was a very intense match-up between these two young teams. Mount Royal played a solid match and they edged out the Volontaires, 3 – 1.

Game 7

Hawks head to Championship Game, 3-1!

The Humber College Hawks (#1) and the Red Deer College Kings (#5) were the first to start the semi-final round of the 2012 Nationals. It was an excellent game filled with excitement and passion, but the #1 Hawks advanced to the championship game by a score of 3 – 1.

Game 8

Royals top Host CBC, 3-1!

The Douglas College Royals (#2) and the host CBC Bearcats (#6) closed off the evening with the second semi-final in an all-PACWEST division showdown. The crowd was on fire and the players played their hearts out. In the end, the hosts came short of going to the finals and Douglas College advanced to the finals, three games to one.

Game 9

Cougars head to Bronze-Medal Match, 3-1!

The Mount Royal College Cougars (#3) and the Red Deer College Kings (#5) played the first game of the final day of the 2012 Nationals in consolation round action. This was a tight game for these two teams, but by the end of it, Mount Royal prevailed and advanced to the Bronze-Medal Game, 3 – 1.

Game 10

‘Cats Beat Griffons (3-1),Advance to Bronze-Medal Match!

The Griffons Outaouais (#4) and the host CBC Bearcats (#6) were up next to play for a birth in the Bronze-Medal Game. These had never faced each other before, but that didn’t stop them from putting on a show. Despite the smaller-sized crowd, the Bearcats were able to put away the Griffons, 3 – 1.

Game 11

Volontaires Sweep Tommies, 3-0!

The Volontaires Sherbrooke (#7) and the St. Thomas Tommies (#8) were the teams that squared off in the 7th/8th place game. Sherbrooke was able to pull off the victory with a clean sweep of the Tommies three games to none and finishing in 7th.

Game 12

Cougars Corral ‘Cats for the Bronze! 

The Mount Royal College Cougars (#3) and the host CBC Bearcats (#6) faced off with each other for the second time in this Nationals tournament, only this time, the bronze medal was up for grabs and it was, once again, a very close match. Will Quiring of

Humber Hawks win National Championship!

 
The Humber College Hawks (#1) and the Douglas College Royals (#2) were the stars on the stage of the Gold Medal Game. The title of the best team in the country was up for grabs, the packed gym was ready for a good game, and players delivered a fight to the finish.
